How can I change a code for my alarm?

  1. Click on the Customer Support tab on the website, then Info Change Forms , then Code Change Form. You can fill this out and fax the form back to our office at 909-481-0124, or call 909-982-7612 and ask for an email address to send it to. Please make sure you sign the form and put your code word on the bottom.

How can I change a phone number on my account? Or who to call if my alarm is activated?

  1. Click on the Customer Support tab on the website, then Info Change Forms, then Responsible Party Change Form. You can fill the form out online, print and fax it back to our office at 909-481-0124, or call 909-982-7612 and ask for an email address to send it to. Please make sure you sign the form and put your code word on the bottom.

What happens to my alarm when the power goes out?

  1. There is a backup battery that will last approximately 24 hours.
  2. If you know of a planned power outage through Edison, call Mijac Alarm (909) 982-7612 and let us know of the power outage times.

How can I control my alarm with my cell phone or tablet?

  1. Our smart phone application is great for those on the go, people that travel a lot, or a family with kids. After downloading the application to your smart phone or tablet, arming and disarming your system is a breeze from anywhere you have an internet connection. We can also send you notifications via text or email when the alarm is armed or disarmed- great for kids who come home from school while you’re at work. Now you know they are home for sure once the alarm is disarmed.
