Staffed 24 hours a day by highly trained personnel, signals are cared for at the highest level of attention when they reach our facility. All critical equipment is backed up by dual processors including the mainframe computer, power supplies, generators, phone lines, radio towers and operators. Rigorous training of each dispatch operator and attention to detail in our data entry department combine to support you in times of emergency.

Reprogramming of your security system to connect to our UL Central Monitoring Station can be completed by one of our highly trained security technicians. Testing all the door and window alarmed points, motions sensors, panic buttons and smoke detectors are all part of the job. Updating batteries where needed and even inputting new codes for arm and disarming will be completed to your satisfaction.

Developed by the Israeli Army, the AES radio system bounces signals across the valley to reach our central monitoring station in under a second. Used as a back up to your regular phone line or as a primary signal to our central station, the radio is currently installed in a large percentage of our customers that require a higher level of security.
